An 11-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps and with a successful, 22-year law enforcement career, Dave has spent a lifetime committed to protecting others, leading by example, and pushing physical and mental limits.
A lifelong athlete, Dave has explored the full spectrum of human performance—as a relay racer, ultramarathoner, powerlifter, and CrossFit competitor. This unique combination of endurance, strength, and mental resilience reflects his belief that true fitness extends far beyond the gym or the finish line.
Dave channels that same energy and experience into inspiring others to pursue movement with purpose. His training style encourages others to embrace the discipline, grit, and joy that come from pushing human limits and living an active, intentional life. In other words, we train 4 longevity.
