Our Philosophy

My approach to training is built on a foundation of form, function, and progression. Every client moves differently, and effective training begins with understanding those unique patterns. I prioritize identifying and correcting core and muscular imbalances to create a strong, stable foundation that supports long-term progress and prevents injury.

Proper form always takes precedence over volume or intensity. Quality movement builds confidence and consistency—two key elements in sustainable results. Progressions are introduced at the pace of each client’s capabilities, ensuring growth without compromise.

Every program is tailored to align with the client’s overall fitness goals—whether that means improving strength, endurance, mobility, or performance. Our Story

With over three decades dedicated to public service, Dave has built a life shaped by purpose and movement.

An 11-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps and with a successful, 22-year law enforcement career, Dave has spent a lifetime committed to protecting others, leading by example, and pushing physical and mental limits.

A lifelong athlete, Dave has explored the full spectrum of human performance—as a relay racer, ultramarathoner, powerlifter, and CrossFit competitor. This unique combination of endurance, strength, and mental resilience reflects his belief that true fitness extends far beyond the gym or the finish line.

Dave channels that same energy and experience into inspiring others to pursue movement with purpose. His training style encourages others to embrace the discipline, grit, and joy that come from pushing human limits and living an active, intentional life. In other words, we train 4 longevity.
